Without a crust, it will be more like a jelled pudding, but it would still taste good. Check out the baking or cookie section if your market for ready made pie crusts in pie tins. They usually have graham cracker, vanilla or chocolate cookie crusts. You can also make a vanilla cookie crust using vanilla cookies and the butter. Probably won't need the sugar.
