Where to go and will i look okay?

hi, im cyanne im 14 turning 15 on august 4 and i was wondering what places to go for my birthday. i do not want a party or anything i just want to go out with my family but i dont know where to go red lobster, cheesecake factory, movies, i dont know any ideas please thanks. I'll be dressing pretty fancy like a black pencil skirt with a nice blouse(tucked in of course) with 4 inch heels.Will i look okay? .. or is it too much
