What are common after effects of bulimic behavior?
That is normal after so long. Eventually, if things aren't worse than you or we (answerers) know of, things should improve. The important thing is to find what you can eat for now. Oatmeal might be good, as well as cottage cheese, and of course fruit and veggies. If you can, find a way to get some protein. Tofu or beans if you can't handle meat or fish yet. I haven't been through what you have, but I hope you can get through this quickly. I'm glad you are smart enough and strong enough to stop. Just go slow, and if you need to, it's ok to talk to a doctor, as long as you convince them you are mentally stable (they tend to worry about eating disorders as a mental problem. you know...) Good luck and get better. Yay you. be strong.
