My Sixteenth Birthday is Coming up and I need ideas!?

Okay, so, my 16th birthday is coming up. It's going to be around one month from now and will fall on a Friday. Places I've really wanted to go like The Cheesecake Factory were turned down because the wait would be too long on a summer Friday night and then other places like in Manhattan like Stardust Diner was shut down because my grandmother wouldn't be able to walk for too long in the city... so, right now, I'm running out of ideas :( , I would really like to know anybodies ideas here so just let me know what restaurants you like that can range from chains or are in the tri-state area!
