Best friend gay?...wtf to do?

ok so i suspect my best pal of being gay, and more to my detriment i think he likes me. i know beacuse we were very close and i know him well. i think this has ruined our friendship and i pretty much dont want to know him anymore (same school tho) i want a way to implicitly make it cleqar tht i'm str8 and there is a 0% chance of changing me. and i cant just drop his company and say its because ur gay, that would be more awkwardness than i could bare..... and what advice i can get at this point but any would be appreciated
