Does having unachieved goals mean you're unhappy?

I think that her concept is silly, sorry. But you can be happy or unhappy in whatever position of life youre in. Some of the richest most beautiful people are so unhappy to the point of suicide. And vise versa, some of the poorest people are the happiest. I mean really, if you arent working on goals in your life, what the hell are you doing?
