How can you tell the difference between a guy that REALLY likes you vs a good guy friend?

Are you with anyone cause if you are not, why are are you not with this guy. He clearly likes you and your baby. If you feel safe with him then why not be with him. Please don't lead him on. He clearly likes you and really enjoys your company. You will never know what could have been if you don't give it a chance. You never know. Go for it.
