How to stop entering the friend zone and be able to start a relationship with girls I meet?

you have to let the girls know that you are interested in them as more than a friend (but continue not being a dog). if you meet a girl you find attractive and are interested in getting to know on a dating level dont counsel her about other boys and let her know you would like to get to know her better(ask her on a date). also being that you are young contributes to being a friend to girls as you get older you will gain the type of attention your looking for. itll happen dont stress to much about it :)
