Should cameron propose a standard world wide corporation tax.?

I'm afraid Alf that anything Cameron proposes to the world will fall on deaf ears. Noone in Britain believes anything he says anymore, so why would the world be any different? In fact, whatever Cameron proposes, it is more likely that the world will do the exact opposite, just to spite him.
