CHEESECAKE DIETTTTTTT?
One slice of cheesecake probably has around 500 calories (my guess), but it depends on the size of the slice.... what do you mean by a "piece of fruit" (a slice/chuck of one fruit or a whole fruit?)... A whole pear has roughly 40 calories, a whole apple has roughly 70 calories, a whole banana has roughly 100 calories - just to give you an idea about how many calories are in each fruit.... honestly though, I doubt you'll gain weight from just 1 day. if you feel heavier, seem/look heavier, bloated, etc... it's probably just all the food lodged in your intestines/colon, making you appear like you have gained a little, but once you use the restroom, you should be back to your normal weight in no time. just eat healthy and eat what you usually eat (normal portions) again and you shouldn't gain.
